Help please

Okay here's what I remember:


Its a I/K fic with a little S/R. Inu has this pocket universe thingy, where he stores stuff in his house that is also a reflection of his soul. Kags gets to visit it, and the spirits/help/keepers of the house try to shower her with gifts and attention. But, Kags is a little overwhelmed till she figures out that it's b/c her and Inu are together and that the house is a reflection of Inu, who loves and wants to take care of her.

Inu and Kags also get to visit Sess' house/pocket universe thingy. (I say pocket universe b/c the house is in like an alternate dimension or something. Oh, and the owner has to invite you in or you'll never find it, except for mates, and it's a demon or maybe dog thing to have one.) But, Sess' house is dusy and old, like the state of his heart. Rin's alseep/in stasis/sick in the house. Kags manages to wake her up, but Sess flips for a sec b/c he thinks she is hurting her. Turns out Sess was keeping Rin more like a pet or something, which she was fed up with.

Does this stuff ring any bells? I also remember a) liking the fic, and b) the story being a multi chapter one. Thanks in advance cause this has been driving me crazy!

I *think* I know the one you're talking about, it's been a long time since I read that. Were the houses accessed by the used of stones?
Like the fuyoheki (sp)? or something?

That's what I'm remembering, but the name escapes me.
I'll go check my faves on MM and see if I have it listed by title.
If not, it'll take me forever to find by author, lol.

Thank goodness you remembered. It was driving me crazy. Who knew how hard it'd be to find w/o an author's name or a title. And thanks for proving I wasn't crazy as in I had made it all up in my head. Am off to read it, and this time I'll save the darn thing.
